Dr. Leonard received his Doctor of Psychology degree from Spalding University in 2014. He has been in leadership positions in higher education since 2017.

Having held the positions of associate director/clinical director and director in university counseling centers, he has over a decade of experience providing therapy and supervising therapists in training.
