Joe Scovell

Joe Scovell is a retired Senior Director, mentor, and advocate for second chances. After a 33-year career in financial services leading teams across the United States, India, and Thailand, Joe turned his lifelong passion for mentoring toward a new mission: helping incarcerated men prepare for life beyond prison walls.

As a volunteer mentor at Lansing Correctional Facility in Kansas, Joe has worked closely with men preparing for reentry after decades of incarceration, helping them navigate employment, identity, accountability, and the difficult transition back into society. Drawing from both executive leadership and deeply personal human connection, Joe’s work explores the complicated space between justice, redemption, and responsibility.
