Flint Hills Publishing's New Year's Wrap Up

Updated: Jan 23

Happy New Year from all of us at Flint Hills Publishing!

What a year it’s been! Before we set our sights on the new year, we’re taking a step

back to reflect on how far we have come. The past year has brought an incredible burst

of productivity and growth. So much growth that we actually outgrew our existing

website! (Great problem to have!)

In 2025, we’ve introduced a whopping 19 new titles to the Flint Hills Publishing

catalogue!

Welcome to all of the new additions of 2025! We’re so happy to have your presence in

our lineup of educational, uplifting, and entertaining works!

2025 was also particularly sentimental, as this year, Flint Hills Publishing celebrated 10

amazing years of independent publishing with our FHP anniversary party! It was a

wonderful turnout, thank you so much to all who attended. A second round of applause

for the authors (and musicians!) who took the stage, we couldn’t have done it without

you.

Looking back, we warmly recognize that Flint Hills Publishing has had the honor of

supporting authors at a staggering number of events this year. Including the Kansas

Book Festival, Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library and Lawrence Public Library

Author Visits, virtual book launches, bookstores, historical societies, independent living

homes, country clubs, schools, and even a greenhouse! We are so grateful to be part of

these events and so impressed with all of the work each author has put into making

these possible!

While this time of reflection gives us so much to be thankful for, as we look toward the

new year, we can’t help but get excited about things to come. We’re positive that 2026

will bring us even more opportunities, connections, and of course, books.

We sincerely hope your year was as fulfilling as ours, and we’re truly fortunate for your

contributions to what we do here at Flint Hills Publishing. What a marvelous story the

last 12 months has proved to be. As we end this chapter for 2025, we hope 2026

continues to resonate the same core themes of creativity, connection, and growth.
